Common questions

The two photos don't line up.

The slider takes its size from the before photo and scales the after photo to cover the same area. Use two photos with the same aspect ratio, taken from the same spot.

I can't find the block in my Shopify theme.

Open the Beforely app in your admin and click one of the Add buttons, or in the theme editor click Add block and look under Apps. App blocks need an Online Store 2.0 theme. Older themes that don't support app blocks can't show the slider.

A Premium setting doesn't show on my store.

Direction, follow-the-mouse mode, the hint animation and the handle color need the Premium plan on Shopify. In the theme editor, a note under the block lists any Premium settings that are switched off. Open the Beforely app to change your plan.

How do I cancel?

On Shopify, open the Beforely app and click Change plan, or uninstall the app from Settings > Apps. The WordPress plugin is free.
